How do I book my session?
A: After your purchase, you'll receive a link to my online scheduling calendar where you can choose a date and time that works for you in May or June.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including my office phone number. You'll also receive a discovery email to help us prepare for our session.
What if I need to reschedule?
A: You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Is 1:1 coaching right for me?
A: 1:1 coaching is ideal for individuals who are ready to explore change, are open to self-discovery, and are willing to take action. This "taste" is perfect for those curious about coaching.
