About Page Questions
Why should I trust your framework over a more traditional coaching approach?
Most coaching focuses on the symptoms of a single change, like a career pivot or a relationship shift. My framework is built for compounded transition. It combines the Science (human behavior and psychology), the Soul (you and your personal experience), and the Strategy (the 5 point roadmap) to ensure you aren't just getting through A change, but actually navigating the process of change.
How much "Casey" is actually in this process?
Wherever you are meeting me from, whether it's a Resource, a tool from the Toolbox, or walking the roadmap on a coaching path, my Self is baked into every single piece. My values mean I choose (intentionality) to show up with my expertise (sovereignty) and my own perfectly imperfect journey (integrity) to share what I have learned (reciprocity) so that you can find the future that lives within you (impact). You are the designer. I am your specialist and guide.
What if my transition doesn’t feel big enough to need a specialist?
If you feel a sense of noise, confusion, or a loss of identity, then it is big enough. The process of transition is subjective, because it's based on your experiences. Whether you are navigating an empty nest, a health change, or just a quiet sense that the life you built no longer fits, you deserve a map. My mission is to meet you where you are. No comparisons. No judgment.
Coaching Questions (General)
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy often looks back to heal the past. It's focus is more on how the past impacts where you are today. Coaching tends to look at where you are today and then focuses forward toward your future.
How is the relationship between the coach and client different in individual coaching, group coaching, memberships, and self-paced courses?
That is a really insightful question! Thank you. Here's how it works:
  • Individual Coaching: It's the most intensive. It's a big commitment of time, energy, and money. It's 45 minutes of focused time, just you and me, each week, really digging into what matters and creating rapid, personalized progress.
  • Group Coaching: Think of this as a slight step down in intensity from individual. There are 20 sessions a year, so that's 1 or 2 a month, in a group setting. You can gain support from others facing similar transitions, and gain insights from their experiences, along with my guidance.
  • Membership: You can think of a membership as a mix of the group coaching, a digital instructional program, and a private community all in one. This path offers a space where you can connect, learn, and grow at what some find is a more sustainable pace.
  • Self-Paced Instruction: This is where you work through the material on your own time, with limited email support, and without direct coaching. This path is designed for those who prefer independent learning and self-focused skill development.
How is it that your coaching program is the same no matter the format?
Good question! The core instructional material stays consistent. It's the delivery, the level of support, and the amount of direct contact with me that changes. This ensures that you're always getting the foundational tools and knowledge you need, regardless of how you choose to engage with the program. It also allows you to the freedom to choose the path that best suits you without worry about missing pieces.
Also, because the material is customized to your personal experience and transition, it is completely flexible to the path of your choosing.
How do you coach the same material if everyone is going through different life transitions and they are different people?
That's where the magic happens! The material gives us a framework, like guardrails, so you can explore new ideas and perspectives and test your boundaries. I focus on providing you the techniques and questions that get to the heart of your change. You tailor it to your life. You're the driver.  I'm your guide, your GPS. This approach allows you to experience a personalized journey, even when using standardized material.
Find Your Path Page Questions
Can I switch the path I’m on later?
Absolutely. Capacity changes, and I want you to meet you with the support that fits your life today. If you need to pivot, for example, moving from the Membership to 1:1, just reach out to Client Care. We will discuss what that pivot means for your journey and how to transition your access in your private member area.
Is Call-Free Coaching an upgrade?
For Self-Guided Journeys, the Membership Community and the Group Collective, the Call-Free Coaching is an optional add-on that you can select to get direct access to me. And it's without the need for Zoom calls. For 1:1 Coaching, this high-access communication is already built into your partnership!
How do I know which path is right?
If I were coaching you, I'd ask you to consider which path feels like it fits you best, not "right". Trust your current capacity and how you learn best. If you feel energized by the presence of others, look at the Shared  paths. If you need quiet and independent focus, look at the Individual paths. No matter which you choose, the Roadmap remains your constant guide.
Home Page Questions
Is this for me if I'm just starting?
Yes. I meet you wherever you are, even if it's at square one.
How long does it take to see results?
You can feel relief in days, but deep shifts are built over time. I always advise aim for progress, not perfection.
What if I'm not ready to pay?
Start for free with the Resources. The link can always be found in the Main Menu at the top of every page. On the home page, you can find the links in the Meeting You At Your Capacity section and Meeting You In Conversation section.
Membership Questions
Who is the Embracing Change Membership for?
This community is for any person who is navigating one or more life transitions and is seeking support, guidance, and community. If you're looking for support and connection while you receive instruction and coaching, then this is the place for you.
What topics will the instructional material cover?
The instructional material will cover the same topics related to the process of change as the other coaching programs and paths. These topics fall under the 5 points of the roadmap: pinpointing where you currently are, resetting mindsets and breaking mental barriers, releasing the past in order to make space for the future, building resilience by optimizing time, energy, and attention, sustaining forward movement by mastering 10 life disciplines.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the membership?
The membership is designed to be flexible. You can engage with the content at your own pace and with the community at your capacity. And it's ok if your pace or capacity changes from one month to the next.
What if I can't attend the live sessions?
While live participation is highly encouraged, recordings of the sessions will be made available to members inside the private membership area.
How is my privacy protected within the community?
The members area, via the client access button in the main menu, requires an account creation with upfront vault payment for access.
The membership itself resides within a purchase-required vault, so only active memberships can gain access to it. Your participation and contributions within the membership are protected within the privacy of this vault.
Your individual progress, purchases, and personal member area content remain entirely private to you, with the exception of Casey for administrative and support purposes. No other member can see or access any of your vaults, instructional work, coaching, messages, etc.
When can I join the membership?
The membership doors open when one of two thresholds are met:
1. It is 1 of 4 times of the year that I will guarantee to open the membership
2. The number of people on the invitation waitlist has reached the limit I'll allow in and it's been at least 30 days since the last opening.

I run my coaching programs on a invitation waitlist, because I only make offers to people who I know are interested in the information.
I restrict the number of members I allow to join at a time so as not to overwhelm the community with a large influx of strangers. This work requires a sense of safety that I don't feel can be met when you feel lost in a sea of strangers.
How do I access membership content?
All membership content will be available within your private membership vault, which can be accessed with your account log-in. The Client Access Area link can be found in the right corner of the main menu on the Coach with Casey website or on the downloadable app once you have your account established.
Is the instructional material the same as your other coaching paths and programs?
Yes, the instructional material within the membership is the same high-quality content you'll find in the individual coaching, the group coaching, and the self-paced programs. The difference lies in your chosen coaching path which is based on your desired level and type of support and desired timeline for completion.
Resource & Resource Center Questions
I’m already completely overwhelmed, how can I add one more thing to my plate?
I’ve been where you are, and I know the last thing you need is another to-do list. My program is built on sustainable growth. Every pause point on the roadmap has set mile markers to reach and each marker has 15-minute daily insights and practices. These small, actionable shifts are designed to fit into the cracks of your day. So, it’s not about doing more work, it’s about doing the work that can reduce the overall burden you're carrying.
Are the resources in the Resource Center different from what's in the paid programs?
Yes. Think of the Resource Center as your compass. It's there to help you find your north and stay grounded with free, high-level insights and encouragement.
The materials within the Membership, Journeys, and Collective are the the deep-dive, actionable Science & Soul frameworks that walk you through every specific step of the Roadmap.
The free resources help you survive the chaos and the coaching programs help you navigate through it to the other side.
How often is new content added to the Resource Center?
You can expect fresh blog posts and podcast episodes every two weeks right now.
The Spotlight Resource, Tool, and Invitation are updated any where from once a month to once a quarter.
If you want to make sure you never miss a new tool or insight, joining my email list is the best way. You will get those updates delivered directly to your inbox so you don’t have to go hunting for them.
Roadmap Questions
Do I have to follow the Roadmap in a specific order?
My mission is to Meet You Where You Are.  While the Roadmap does provide a structured framework, with recommended points, you are free to start where you need to start. You choose your path. You customize that path to your current capacity.
Can I jump in at Point 3 or 4 if I’m already halfway through my change?
It is a common instinct to want to start exactly where you feel the most stuck. However, there is a functional necessity to the order of these points.
For your first journey, I recommend starting at Point 1. Even if you are deep in the noisy middle, the work we do in the early points is the foundation that makes the rest of the map work.
In my experience, jumping in at a later point often leads to backtracking.
Think of the first pass as building your internal navigation system. Once it’s built, you’ll have the mastery to jump in at any point for any future change life throws your way.
But the choice is always yours.

Do I have to complete all five points to see results?
While the Roadmap is a complete journey, the goal is always to meet you where you are. You will find value and relief at your very first Point. However, there is a strategic intelligence in slowing down to address each stage. Because change is a process of layers, skipping a stop like Release can often make the later stages feel heavier. I recommend honoring each point to ensure your new life is built on a solid but weightless foundation. But the choice is always yours.
Will I have to go through all five points every time something in my life changes?
Once you have learned the skills within these five points, they become part of your internal gear. For smaller changes, you may only need a quick check of your Compass  or a brief Reset. For the big shifts, you’ll have the comfort of knowing exactly how to walk the full map again if you need it.
