Navigating deep change can feel like trekking through the wilderness

Sometimes you need a guide, sometimes you need a map,
and sometimes you just need to embrace the adventure
(and maybe a bear hat! For fun!)

Hey 👋 Lovely!
I'm Casey
A Life Transition Dynamics Specialist

I help people navigate the messy, noisy, and often uncomfortable identity shifts that come with major life change,  so that you can
stop merely surviving the noise and start designing a life you actually choose.

I don’t just study the science of change, I live it. I believe that moving through the biggest transitions of your life requires a specific blend of soul, science, and strategy.

But if we can’t find a moment to embrace our "perfectly imperfect" journeys with laughter, breath, and our humanity, then we’ll never find what each of us needs to move forward.

Two Seasons that Changed Everything

Change is constant and inevitable, but it isn’t always predictable.
I’ve navigated many changes in my life, but two specific seasons are why I do what I do and how I do it:
The Catalyst
At 39, my entire ground shifted all at once.

Within six months, I navigated a major career pivot, watched my first child graduate (knowing the empty nest was coming), experienced the loss of my mother, and witnessed my husband's military retirement.

This was my identity crisis.
Everything that I thought defined who I was had changed. Because who was I if I was no longer a Mom, a daughter, or a military spouse?

I soon realized that while the coaching world has a plan for single changes, it had no map for compounded transition.
I could find plans for the symptoms of specific changes, starting a change, and explanations on why I was struggling. But I could not find a source that told me how to navigate change itself.
My frustration launched me into a mission to help others navigate their own transitions without being lost in the chaos.
The Vision
Years later, I launched my coaching business into the digital world with a vision to make life coaching usable and integratable. I spent one year, one month, and one day learning a very vital lesson: while expert guidance is important, your path must remain true to you. I had to learn to balance the proven paths of others with my own vision.
This is why I empower you to customize my strategy to your life.
I don’t give you the answers.
I help you find your answer.

The 5 Values I Live, Coach, And Lead By

🙋🏼‍♀️ Intentionality: Choosing to act on purpose, with attention and direction. We don't drift. We choose.
👑 Sovereignty: Being in charge of yourself - your choices, your voice, and your life. You are the ultimate authority on You. You are in command of your Self.
⭐ Integrity: Being honest and consistent, doing what matches what you believe. We match our internal truth (our Soul) with our external actions (the strategy and the science).
⚖️ Reciprocity: A fair give-and-take where everyone benefits and feels respected. A balanced exchange of giving and receiving. We learn from each other.
🎯 Impact: Creating real results and making a noticeable difference that can be seen or felt. We don’t just talk about change, we create tangible, measurable shifts.

Built for the way you actually live

I spent years looking for a guide who could give me more than just inspiration. I wanted actionable, measurable markers. I wanted someone to say, "Do this." And yet, like most humans, I resist being told how to live. I designed the Embracing Change Roadmap to solve that paradox.

15 Minutes a Day

Science shows that small, daily, consistent actions lead to the deepest integration. My program is designed to be implementable into the cracks of your busy life, so you can focus on high-impact shifts that work with your life to build lasting momentum.
Multiple Formats

Because the science of learning proves we don't all process information the same way, the Roadmap is provided in audio, visual, and action steps. It is usable whether you learn by listening, reading, or doing.
Integration over Information

I’m not here to give you more stuff to do. My Roadmap is structured into strategic Waypoints and actionable Mile Markers, ensuring that your transition doesn't just stay in your head and it becomes your transformation.
What They Said
Strategy is essential, but results are what matter.
Here is how this Science & Soul approach has helped others navigate their own wilderness.

meeting you where you are

If you aren't sure exactly where that is yet, that’s okay.
That’s what the quiz is for.

You don't have to figure out the whole map today.
You just need to find your current coordinates
so we can take the first step together.

Why should I trust your framework over a more traditional coaching approach?
Most coaching focuses on the symptoms of a single change, like a career pivot or a relationship shift. My framework is built for compounded transition. It combines the Science (human behavior and psychology), the Soul (you and your personal experience), and the Strategy (the 5 point roadmap) to ensure you aren't just getting through A change, but actually navigating the process of change.
How much "Casey" is actually in this process?
Wherever you are meeting me from, whether it's a Resource, a tool from the Toolbox, or walking the roadmap on a coaching path, my Self is baked into every single piece. My values mean I choose (intentionality) to show up with my expertise (sovereignty) and my own perfectly imperfect journey (integrity) to share what I have learned (reciprocity) so that you can find the future that lives within you (impact). You are the designer. I am your specialist and guide.
What if my transition doesn’t feel big enough to need a specialist?
If you feel a sense of noise, confusion, or a loss of identity, then it is big enough. The process of transition is subjective, because it's based on your experiences. Whether you are navigating an empty nest, a health change, or just a quiet sense that the life you built no longer fits, you deserve a map. My mission is to meet you where you are. No comparisons. No judgment.
What if I still have a question?
I know that when you're navigating change, every decision can feel heavy. If you’re wondering about the specifics of my Membership, how 1:1 Coaching works, or the research and science of the ELI-MP assessment, please feel free to look all through my site.
